You retain all rights you lawfully hold in the materials you bring to the platform. Artello claims no ownership over your creative works.

If you believe content hosted on Artello infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material (with URLs), your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

We process valid counter-notices where applicable and maintain a policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Artello may remove or disable access to content when appropriate.
