Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Artello does not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or billing-schedule changes, except where required by mandatory applicable law.

You may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation does not retroactively refund a completed charge. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise.

If your purchase was processed directly by Artello, our web refund rules apply. If processed by Apple or Google, store-specific refund and cancellation mechanisms apply, and you must manage your subscription through your device settings.
