Artello is the operator of the Artello service. This policy covers our websites, web applications, mobile applications, creator workspaces, Artelli features, connected-platform integrations, and associated services.
Information Provided Directly By Users
We process information you provide, which may include your name, email, authentication identifiers, profile information, artist and project information, songs, releases, lyrics, artwork, audio/video files, rights/provenance information, collaborators, approvals, publishing preferences, and support communications.
Technical Information
We automatically collect technical data to secure and operate the service, including IP addresses, device/browser data, session data, security logs, timestamps, application diagnostics, cookies/local storage, and authentication identifiers.
Connected Platforms and OAuth Integrations
Artello may offer optional integrations with supported third-party services. The integrations currently available to you are shown within Artello. If an integration is enabled and you choose to connect it, authorization uses the provider's official mechanism; Artello does not request or store the provider password. Depending on the enabled provider and permissions you approve, Artello processes only the minimum data needed for the feature you requested, such as an account identifier, granted scopes, selected publication metadata, or permitted status data. Connecting an account alone never authorizes Artello to publish.
TikTok
If the TikTok integration becomes available and you enable it, authorization and publishing use official TikTok developer services. Artello may identify the authorized account and transmit only content you select after you direct a publishing action. You can disconnect the integration and request deletion of TikTok-derived data held by Artello. Provider revocation or deletion steps that require an active TikTok adapter or action in TikTok are reported as pending rather than treated as completed. Artello is independent and is not endorsed by TikTok.
Google and YouTube API Services
If the YouTube integration becomes available and you enable it, Artello uses YouTube API Services solely for authorized, user-directed functionality. Depending on the permissions approved at that time, Artello may process Google/YouTube account identifiers, selected upload metadata, and provider status data. We never ask for your Google/YouTube password, and you retain final authority over uploads. You can disconnect within Artello or revoke access via Google's security settings. Artello then initiates deletion of stored authorized API data; any provider-side step that cannot be completed automatically is identified as requiring your action. Deleting data held by Artello does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube. Enabled integrations must refresh or delete cached API data according to YouTube's requirements and may not use API data to create unauthorized derived metrics. Please review the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
Meta, Instagram and Facebook
If a Meta integration becomes available and you enable it, authorization uses Meta's official flow. Artello processes only approved data needed for the selected feature, such as professional account identifiers, selected publishing content, and permitted status information. We do not collect Meta passwords or sell authorization tokens. You can disconnect and request deletion of Meta-derived data held by Artello. Provider-side revocation or deletion that cannot be completed without an active adapter is reported as requiring action.
Apple / Google Sign-In
If Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In is offered and you choose it, Artello receives only the authentication information approved through that provider, such as an identifier, name, or email. We do not receive provider passwords. Account deletion initiates authorization revocation where supported and reports any provider-side step that still requires action. Authentication remains separate from YouTube publishing authorization.
AI-Assisted Processing
Artelli may process workspace information relevant to your request to provide advisory generation and suggestions. Connected-platform API data is NOT automatically used to train Artello models, and we do not send third-party data into AI services when prohibited by the provider.
How Artello Uses Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate accounts, maintain private workspaces, generate requested AI assistance, support user-directed publishing, protect security/integrity, detect abuse, provide support, process payments (where enabled), and comply with law.
Service Providers
Artello uses Clerk for authentication, Replit for hosting/infrastructure, PostgreSQL/App Storage for data and files, OpenAI (via Replit integrations) for AI assistance, and SendGrid/Twilio for communications. We share data only as needed to perform these functions.
No Sale of Personal Information
Artello does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, provider-supported encryption at rest, restricted access, secret management, and logging/monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Artello retains workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If a connected-platform integration is enabled, its data is retained only while necessary for the authorized functionality, and authorization references are retained only until disconnected, revoked, expired, or no longer needed. Enabled provider adapters must follow the applicable provider deletion and refresh requirements. Backups expire on secure rolling schedules.
User Rights
Depending on your location (including EEA/UK/US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent. You may submit requests to legal@artello.ai or via our Data Deletion page.
Children
Artello is not directed to young children. Users must satisfy Artello's minimum age requirement (14+) and the eligibility requirements of connected platforms. Some connected services may impose higher minimum ages for API functionality.
