By using Artello, you agree to these Terms of Service and our incorporated policies. If you do not agree, do not use Artello.
You must be at least 14 years old to use Artello. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may only use Artello with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Connected third-party platforms may have stricter age and eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that compromise platform security.
You retain all rights you lawfully hold in the materials you bring to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Artello a limited service license—meaning only the rights necessary to host, process, transform at your request, transmit, and publish your content to provide the selected Artello functionality. This does not transfer ownership, and the license ends when no longer required to provide the service, subject to backups and legal obligations.
Integrations with third-party platforms are optional and authorized separately by you. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. Platform availability may change, and Artello does not control platform approval, distribution, monetization, visibility, moderation, or uptime. You are responsible for having authority to publish supplied content. Connection does not imply endorsement, and we may suspend an integration if necessary for security or platform compliance.
When you use Artello functionality that accesses YouTube API Services, that use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. You may revoke Artello's Google permissions at any time via your Google security settings. Use of each connected integration (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads) is subject to that provider's applicable user and platform terms. You can find links to their official terms from our Integrations disclosure page.
Artello does not treat merely connecting a social account as authorization to publish arbitrary content. You remain responsible for selecting and confirming consequential external actions, such as uploading or publishing to a connected platform.
Artelli provides guidance, organization, generation assistance and suggestions but does not replace legal, rights, accounting, financial, clearance, or professional advice. Consequential actions require your control and confirmation.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use policy, which prohibits copyright infringement, illegal content, artificial manipulation, and other misuse. Violations may result in warning, restriction, integration disconnect, suspension, or termination.
You may request account deletion at any time via your settings or the Data Deletion page. Deletion removes your Artello data but does not automatically delete data you have already published directly to connected third-party providers. Artello will revoke provider authorization where supported.
If mobile subscriptions are offered and you purchase them through Apple or Google, those purchases may also be subject to the respective store's billing and refund rules.
APIs and features can be restricted, discontinued, reviewed, or revoked by third-party providers at any time. Artello is provided “as is” and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies.
