Frequently asked
Details on billing, trials, and boundaries. Need more help? Reach out to legal@artello.ai.
How does the 14-day trial work?
The planned trial is 14 days, but trial enrollment and billing are not active yet. When checkout is connected, it will show the confirmed trial duration, payment requirements, renewal date, price and cancellation method before you agree. No trial starts and no card is collected on this page today.
Do I own the music I make with Artello?
Artello is a workspace and guidance engine, not a rights-holder. You retain whatever rights you hold in the material you upload. However, Artello does not guarantee the copyrightability of AI-assisted outputs, nor does it provide legal clearances. See our Legal & Rights page for details.
Are there any hidden fees?
The planned launch subscription is a flat recurring price. Artello does not currently take royalties or a percentage of music revenue. Any future paid add-ons would be disclosed before purchase.
Can I change my billing schedule later?
Yes. When billing is activated, you will be able to change your billing schedule or cancel future renewals. Exact effective dates and any prorated amount will be shown before you confirm.

Stripe payment integration is planned and not currently connected. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription today.
